This free dance education workshop, presented by danceteachingideas.com and LJ Projects Dance, is jammed packed full of movement ideas for the Primary classroom.

But please don't wear dance wear!! Comfortable clothing only.

These are teaching ideas you can do in any Primary classroom.

Kym Stevens (DTI) and Chloe Keating (LJ Projects) join together to explore how you can integrate dance in your Primary lessons and introduce a range of classroom-ready dance resources.

This workshop celebrates the launch of the DTI’s Membership Service, further providing a worldwide community of support for Primary teachers using dance and movement in the classroom. As the founding editor of Dance Teaching Ideas, Kym is passionate about using dance to learn creatively. She has a wealth of experience as a teacher, education researcher and teacher educator.

Chloe Keating, producer and artist with LJ Projects Dance, brings her extensive experience in dance, theatre and community arts to making dance accessible in any classroom. Chloe shows how to turn simple ideas into valuable creative learning opportunities.

This workshop is suitable for generalist teachers, homeschooling parents, as well as Primary dance specialists with more dance experience.
